Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided during the purchase process.

Our company does not offer open box delivery. If you face any issues, please accept the parcel, record an unboxing video, and share it with us. Our team will review the video and provide a replacement if necessary. Please note, we do not offer refunds—only replacements.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take longer than usual.
