Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to every location in India. Shipping is free on all orders.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.
• Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays. During festivals and sale periods, dispatch and delivery can take longer.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number to the email address and phone number given at checkout.

Order cancellation

• You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, email support@favouriteauto.com or call 6355663386 with your order number.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch get a full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are simply closed.
• If we cannot dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days (for example, an item is out of stock), we will tell you, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Courier delays

• Delivery is done by third-party courier partners. Once an order is dispatched, a delay by the courier, weather, holidays or local restrictions does not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
• If your parcel is late, we follow up with the courier for you and keep you updated.
• If your parcel has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch, email support@favouriteauto.com with your order number. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we send a replacement free of cost.

Receiving your parcel

We do not offer open-box delivery. Please accept the parcel, record an unboxing video, and share it with us if anything is wrong. Our team reviews the video and sends a replacement where needed, as set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
